Located in the South of France, in Lozère, Florac is between water and stone, preserved nature. Native from this region, I invite you to explore the underground wonders from Gorges du Tran and Grands Causses. Internships in Lozère and Spain
Since 2009, many of you have been visiting us several times a year to enjoy the activities in a different way. From there came the idea of creating Spéléo and Canyon stays to improve your skills on the Grands Causses massif and the Gorges du Tarn, Mont-Aigoual and Mont-Lozère.
In addition, other people wanted to travel, that’s why we offer you a Speleo trip to Spain, the Cantabrian Islands and a Canyon internship in Extremadura and Ronda in Andalusia.
Do you want to spend an original holiday? Come and explore the underground world of the Grands Causses or the North of Spain: on these limestone plateaus, multiple caves and caves pierce the surface and let rainwater flow to the resurgences that emerge along the valleys.
DécouvrirIn the region, as winter snow melts, canyon water levels rise considerably. This allows us to practice canyoning with an interesting water level, come and taste the joys of white water, slide on natural slides, jump into clear water pots!
DécouvrirComing from Haute Savoie or the Cévennes National Park, we all grew up in the heart of nature. We would like to share with you this preserved environment in all simplicity.
Team of passionate instructors, we are all state graduates in speleology and canyoning. We offer you sports activities in Florac, in the Cévennes. Over a day, half a day, or over several days, dare to experience strong and unforgettable sensations!
We like to spend time with you, explain the technical gestures because when you come in activity you must live the adventure to the fullest and enjoy exceptional moments.
Whether in the Gorges du Tarn or around Florac, we will share our heritage with you and take you to magical places.
Do you want to explore the Lozère mountains, caves and underground networks, cliffs and canyons? Caving guide, canyoning instructor, we have selected for you the best climbing and caving spots in the Gorges du Tarn and Jonte.

We have tested for you a list of the best sites to visit.
The department of Lozère, located in the south of France, in the Occitania – Pyrenees – Mediterranean region (formerly called Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi-Pyrenees), is a mixture of pure sensations and relaxation in the heart of nature through rich and varied landscapes. Green in the North, Aubrac and Margeride are ancient volcanic lands rich in preserved fauna and flora. Ochres in the South, the Causses and Cévennes classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Mont-Lozère will delight you with a 360° panorama. The many rivers sculpting the Gorges du Tarn, Jonte and Vallée du Lot will delight all nature lovers.
Full of nature and sports activities
Lakes and waterfalls, gorges and plateaus, rivers and paths offer a multitude of places to relax for your holidays in Lozère. This is one of the great merits of Lozère, a land of passion: to offer all kinds of sporting activities throughout the seasons. Whether peaceful or dynamic, these activities will delight visitors, from the smallest to the largest. On earth as in heaven, there is something for everyone: hiking, horseback riding or mountain biking, two or four-wheeled tours, air sports, caving in the depths of the earth, cliffs and trees for climbers of all ages. Water is also a major element for the department. The many lakes and rivers offer a wide choice of water activities: canoeing, kayaking, rafting, hydrospeed, sailing, kitesurfing, fishing.
In winter, the department offers 300 km of marked trails and snow-covered paths for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing and sledging on its vast virgin or wooded areas. Lozère is a land of all nature activities.
Along with agriculture and crafts, tourism completes the triptych of the Lozère economy. The tradition of hospitality is old and based on conviviality. Traditional hotels, country cottages, bed and breakfast. . . offer warm roofs. The diversity of facilities is the ideal way to discover Lozère, its inhabitants, to sleep well in its cosy beds, and to eat well. Because in Lozère, a land where natural products abound, happiness is also on the table.
